Kalkan is the perfect spot for discerning travellers, particularly couples and families. It has romantic rooftop restaurants with amazing views, cafe bars, harbour and its own pretty pebble beach, which is rarely crowded. Two excellent sandy beaches are a short drive away. The azure sea is clean, clear and warm. For the energetic, there are numerous things to see and do. People always return to Kalkan.This superior property, with its own private pool, has been built and furnished to a very high standard. Let us assure you we have provided all those little extras that make a holiday property comfortable and enjoyable. The villa is part of a small, exclusive complex of privately owned properties. The friendly, on-site staff are there to help with your needs, plus there's 24 hour security.
The south-facing villa has 3 attractive, sea-facing bedrooms (all en-suite), with direct access to either veranda or roof terrace, with its shaded Ottoman area and panoramic views of the sea and surrounding hills.
The property is ideally located on the quiet outskirts of the picturesque and unspoilt village of Kalkan, yet it's only a 15 minute stroll to the centre and about 20 minutes to the nearest beach (which is rarely crowded). The beauty of our villa is that it has the best of both worlds: your own private residence with pool, yet you benefit from the excellent services on site, including a member of staff to greet you and help with your every need. 24-hour security, maintenance and maid service (including linens) are also included. Parking is directly outside the villa. Many roads in Kalkan are less than flat and the road to the complex from the Kalamar Road is no exception. The upside is that this affords lovely sea views and it's quieter. There is a flatter, more 'rustic' road that goes east from the complex to the market road. Walking in is no problem as it's downhill but the less fit among you may wish to opt for the reasonably priced taxis for the return trip.
